At one of Branson's wineries, you'll find a memorable experience ranging from winery tours and tastings to simply relaxing with friends. During your next visit to Branson, you'll be able to sample some of Missouri's finest wines. Following a thrilling adventure ride on the Branson roller coaster, some of the top wineries to visit are listed below.


Lindwedel Winery

Lindwedel Winery specializes in Missouri wines. These wines are made from varietals cultivated in Missouri and other parts of the United States. Lindwedel's is a great place to spend time with family and friends while enjoying exquisite wines and the ambiance. Lindwedel Winery is located northwest of Downtown Branson and offers a beautiful countryside environment for enjoying superb wines. Lindwedel produces a variety of Missouri-made wines and regional flavors, including Table Rock Red and Table Rock White, which are named after the adjacent Table Rock Lake.

While Lindwedel wines are made on a separate 15-acre property near Branson, the winery's wine garden offers visitors free tastings and the opportunity to relax while sipping their favorite wines combined with delectable appetizers. Visitors that have enjoyed a thrilling ride adventure with the Branson roller coaster can even bring their meals to eat on a veranda overlooking the picturesque property with their favorite wines.


St. James Winery

St. James Winery offers award-winning wines, juices, gourmet cuisine, gifts, and a unique restaurant experience. Delicious, award-winning wine, juice, cider, and beer are available at the winery. The wines available under the Branson Reserve label are Blackberry Velvet, Chambourcin, Velvet Oak, Chardonel, and Velvet Berry, a lovely blend of grape, blackberry, and blueberry.

St. James also has a variety of mixed beverages and unique ways to enjoy your favorite drink, such as the "extremely popular with locals" wine slushies. Also, sample our tempting belly treats, such as our famous pizza and other snacks, such as mouthwatering meatballs. St. James Winery, a long-established and well-respected label, recently expanded beyond St. James, Missouri, to open a presence in Branson. It quickly became the buzz of the town - a terrific place to sample before you purchase, treat yourself to something tasty, or explore the gift store.


Mount Pleasant Winery

Mount Pleasant Winery is another unique Branson winery with a heritage dating to 1859. Guests can participate in special hands-on activities such as a "Wine 101" session, where they can learn how to taste wine like an expert, and a bottling option, where they can bottle their wine from a giant French Oak barrel. Cabernet Sauvignon and Pink Catawba are popular choices, with sweet and fruity flavors that are considered to go well with a range of sweets.

In Augusta, Missouri, Mount Pleasant Winery's vineyards were established in 1859 and now grow 12 grape varietals on 78 acres. The Branson location of the winery debuted in 2008. The facility offers a sampling and bottling experience ideal for Missouri wine connoisseurs. Winery visitors can sample a variety of award-winning wines and even bottle their own with the help of a specially crafted 600-gallon French oak barrel.

Mount Pleasant Winery also offers a Wine 101 program, where attendees may learn about wine-tasting and enjoy wines from various wineries. Visitors will receive a complimentary Mount Pleasant wine glass as a souvenir after the program.


Bear Creek Wine Company and Small Batch Brewery

Bear Creek Wine Company is a fantastic winery and small-batch brewery option near Branson. It offers live music every Saturday and Sunday with great local musicians amazing views!

Moreover, the rustic, quaint atmosphere reflects the authentic taste and culture of the Ozarks! Pizza, charcuterie, and other small bites. Bear Creek Wines and Brews and wine slushies!

Beer and Wine flights! Get off the beaten path and out of town to enjoy great vino, good company, and an authentic Ozarks experience.

About ten miles north of Branson, Bear Creek Wine Company will appeal to visitors who enjoy a rustic setting. The Hideaway Wine Cellar hosts tastings of Ozarks-inspired beverages such the "Back-Forty," "Fiddler's Swig," "Hillbilly Persuasion," and others. Bear Creek also has an onsite bed & breakfast, making it a popular group and wedding location. There are also frozen wineries produced with our wines for sale.

There is also plenty of indoor and outdoor deck seating and fire pits, making it a terrific stop on the way into town, on the way out of town, or swing by for a more local experience away from the hustle and commotion of town. You'll find it intriguing to roam around the gorgeous property, which includes ponds, stream, and garden space, as well as peek into our onsite bed & breakfast and chapel in the woods at Bear Creek Wine Company and Small Batch Brewery.
