After a thrilling adventure ride on the Branson Mountain Coaster, another comedian to see and laugh with is Yakov Smirnoff. This well-known Russian comedian and his distinct brand of patriotic comedy are preparing to "make America laugh again." With his unique wit, you enjoy endless giggles and continuous praising as you hear his journey from red to redneck.

Yakov arrived in the USA in 1977, having fled the communist Soviet Union. He arrived in America knowing nothing about the English language. Before learning English, he worked as a bartender at New York's famous Grossinger's Catskill Resort, where he demonstrated his comedy talent by telling jokes to customers every night. When his English improved, he quickly gained popularity in New York. As his career progressed, he relocated to Hollywood, where he was noticed by Mitzi Store, the owner of The Comedy Store, and advised to stay.

Yakov's perspective on life through the personality of a Russian immigrant won the hearts of Americans. He rose to prominence as a comedian, appearing on "The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson" and numerous other television shows, including as a regular performer on "Night Court." He also appeared in films with Robin Williams, Tom Hanks, Richard Pryor, Meryl Streep, and Jack Nickolson, among others. Yakov's television special "Happily Ever Laughter" was named "the best PBS special in 2016 and 2017."

With a dreamer's heart, Yakov Smirnoff has made the impossible possible and continues to inspire others with his message that America is still "What a Country!" Look for a documentary about him on Netflix by the end of the year, and stay tuned for what Dr Yakov does next! Yakov currently owns a 2000-seat theater in Branson, Missouri, and performs stand-up comedy at performing arts centers worldwide.

Presleys' Country Jubilee, Branson's longest-running show, is another exciting live show to see after a thrilling adventure ride on the mountain coaster in Branson. The show's talented musicians and vocalists will undoubtedly wow the audience, while Herkimer and Cecils' antics will make every member of the audience laugh. The Presleys were the first entertainers to perform on a Branson stage. Their blend of classic tunes and musical productions continues to delight audiences today.

The Presleys' show was later performed in a brand new theater. It is Branson's original country music theater. Their show was a huge success. Every night, visitors from all over the country tune in to hear the Presleys perform their favorite country and gospel music. Other theaters quickly sprouted up around the Presleys. As the years passed, Hwy. 76 has become a glittering mecca of country music stars.

Another comedy show in Branson is Matt Gumm and Company, which features comedian Matt Gumm and an entertainer from Clay Cooper's Country Express. Matt's parents, Thom and Sandy Gumm, and Matt's sister Jamie and best friend Travis Spratt appear on the show.

The Country Express Band serves as the foundation for this upbeat and family-friendly variety show that will make you laugh until the end of the show. Matt Gumm has become a well-known comedian in Branson thanks to his appearances in the popular Clay Cooper Country Express Show.

After an exciting adventure on the mountain coaster in Branson, watching a comedy show is a great way to end the evening. These shows will undoubtedly have you rolling on the floor, laughing and giggling as the comedians demonstrate their talents on stage.
